Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of 25Gy/5# prophylactic pelvic nodal irradiation for regional control during stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT) for high risk prostate cancer.
Methods: The multinational XXXX consortium database of patients treated with curative-intent prostate SBRT for high risk prostate cancer was queried for prophylactic radiotherapy 25Gy/5# to the pelvic lymph nodes. Details of Phoenix-defined biochemical failure, and location of recurrence (local, regional, or distant) were extracted.
Background: Patients with locally advanced, surgically unresectable oral squamous cell cancers (SU-OSCC) are often treated with palliative intent. There is limited information on the outcomes of radical intent treatment with radiotherapy (RT) or chemoradiotherapy (CRT).
Methods: We retrospectively examined patients with Stage III/IV previously untreated SU-OSCC treated definitively from 2011 to 2021 in a single institution with RT or CRT with or without neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT).
Background: Although most patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) receiving a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) do not require drug concentration measurements, there are situations where such information could be useful. Existing guidance documents provide usual on-therapy ranges for drug concentrations, but these have important limitations.
Methods: This is a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies reporting trough and peak levels of DOAC regimens approved for stroke prevention in AF.
In this Letter, we described a visible-light-induced switchable synthesis of nonaromatic and aromatic sulfonyl heterocycles. The product selectivity between 2,5-dihydropyrrole and pyrrole can be tuned by altering the substituent on the N atom of 1,6-diyne. We highlight the intricacy and efficiency of this approach in constructing molecular frameworks under mild conditions with a high functional group tolerance.

Herein, we describe the first Co-catalyzed synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-1-perimidine acceptorless dehydrogenative annulation (ADA). Apart from featuring benzyl alcohol having different functionalities, heteroaryl and aliphatic alcohols also provide good yields.
