[Possibilities of transfusion therapy in surgical practice].

The up-to-date possibilities of transfusion therapy are presented in the article. The authors analyzed their own experience and made a review of literature. The study considers the mechanisms of treatment, immunological and infectious risks, indications and contraindications for application of transfusion therapy in surgical practice.

[Disseminated intravascular clotting (DIC) syndrome in surgical practice].

On the ground of analysis of clinical experience and review of literature, the author is considering the problems of etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnostics and treatment of disseminated intravascular clotting syndrome in surgical practice.

[Algorithm of clinical assessment of the hemostasiogram indices in surgical practice].

On the basis of literature data and personal clinical experience the author gives clinical interpretation of hemostasiogram tests used in clinical practice and an algorithm of the clinical analysis of the hemostasiogram allowing detection of concrete disorders in the hemostasis mechanisms and decision on the pathogenetically substantiated program of therapy for bleedings in surgical practice.

[Algorithm of emergency diagnostics of acute bleedings caused by disturbed hemostasis in surgical practice].

On the basis of clinical experience the author substantiates the algorithm of clinico-laboratory emergency diagnostics and differential diagnostics of acute bleedings caused by disturbances of the primary and secondary hemostasis.
