The article is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of labor markets in the regions of the European part of the Russian Arctic based on the indicators of the balance of labor resources after 2013. It is shown that the trends in these regions are much more unfavorable compared to the country as a whole. A significant reduction in the size of labor markets is expected, which will slow down the socio-economic development of these territories.

Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of cytoflavin inclusion in the complex therapy of patients with multiple sclerosis in the remitting form during the period of exacerbation.

Material And Methods: The results of therapy of 41 patients matched for sex, age and parameters of clinical and laboratory data were analyzed. Depending on the scheme of therapy, patients were divided into 2 groups: patients of the first group (n=22) received hormonal therapy with methylprednisolone.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Tanakan in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) with respect to its influence on vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress.

Material And Methods: Oxidative stress severity and antioxidant status were investigated in 52 patients with POAG divided into two groups. The effect of different treatment schemes on flow-dependent vasodilation and dynamic level of endotelin-1 (ET-1), which is a marker of endothelial dysfunction, was studied.

The efficacy of Focus forte is proved in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in terms of improvement of functional retinal activity, oxygenation, metabolism normalization as well as morphometric retinal and optic nerve indices. Principles of evidence based pharmacotherapy in this study allow advising Focus forte in the treatment of patients with POAG and AMD.
