[Long-term results of dispensarization of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis].

The results of long-term follow-up (from 4 to 25 years) were studied in 1420 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis registered in the city nephrologic service of Leningrad. The relapses ceased in 45.8% and became less frequent in 16% of cases.
