Methods: We took Peripheral blood samples from adult patients over 60 years of age with a confirmed diagnosis of IPF through biopsy or clinical criteria. Plasma separation was performed, and proinflammatory cytokines were measured using CBA. This study received approval from the ethics and research committee of the Colombian Pulmonological Foundation.

This anomaly is characterized by central hypertrophy of the meniscus and a larger diameter than the normal meniscus, resulting in an abnormal shape and greater coverage of the tibial plateau. The clinical presentation of this condition varies depending on the stability of the meniscus.

In this work, two plant foods, strawberry and tomato, were subjected to exposure to metals from synthetic airborne particles in a closed chamber experiment. The synthetic particles were obtained in the laboratory. Within the closed chamber, particles were added and recirculated for 4 days in a turbulent air stream, causing deposition on the different parts of the plants.
