Aim: The objective of this study was to confirm the role of B. miyamotoi in the etiology of ITBB-WOEM in Udmurtia and to investigate in detail the clinical presentation of this "new" disease.
Materials And Methods: 50 adult patients with ITBB-WOEM treated in Republic Hospital for Infectious Diseases, Udmurtia, in 2010-2011 had PCR-confirmed infection by B.
The authors have analyzed the patents developed in various countries of the world for improving the methods for myopia correction. Methods for surgical correction predominated in the USSR in the last 8 years, whereas abroad contact correction was the main trend of late. Major trends in the development of myopia correction methods in the world have been defined.

Visual monitoring of flight parameters in a maneuvering flight simulated by a pilot trainer was investigated. Eye movements were recorded using a Japanese NAC cinecamera. It was concluded that visual monitoring and attention concentration included chained routes of predicted sequence which was determined by current events throughout the flight.
