Introduction Lateral pain around the greater trochanter (LTP) is a common complication after total hip arthroplasty (THA) that can significantly reduce quality of life. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between lateral trochanteric bursa repair, subcutaneous fat thickness, and trochanteric pain during the THA procedure.
