A standardized polyphenol-enriched fraction (IPHRFPPEF) was formulated into a phospholipid complex (IPHRFPPEF-PC) to enhance oral bioavailability and evaluate stability, toxicity, and in vivo anti-inflammatory activity in Sprague Dawley rats. IPHRFPPEF was prepared from crude extract using XAD-HP7/Diaion-HP20 resin column chromatography and analyzed via HPLC and NMR. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents were quantified, with IPHRFPPEF showing higher values than the crude fraction.

The present study explores the interaction between lysozyme (LYZ) and different NPs like graphene oxide (GO) and zinc oxide (ZnO) having various shapes (spherical, 's', and rod-shaped, 'r') and sizes, focusing on their binding dynamics and subsequent effects on both the protein fibrillation and antimicrobial properties. Typically, GO is considered a promising medium due to its apparent inhibition and prolonged lag phase for LYZ fibrillation.

Here we present Single Cell Precision Nanocarrier Identification (SCP-Nano), an integrated experimental and deep learning pipeline to comprehensively quantify the targeting of nanocarriers throughout the whole mouse body at single-cell resolution. SCP-Nano reveals the tissue distribution patterns of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) after different injection routes at doses as low as 0.

To gain a deeper understanding of the selective footprints in the genomes of Ladakhi and Sahiwal cattle, two strategies namely run of homozygosity (ROH), and fixation index (F) were employed. A total of 975 and 1189 ROH regions were identified in Ladakhi and Sahiwal cattle, respectively.
