In this work, based on the multilevel approach, the features of the structure and properties of titanium alloy, formed during high-performance additive manufacturing by wire-feed electron beam technology, were studied. Methods of non-destructive X-ray control and tomography, along with optical and scanning electron microscopy, were used to study the structure at different scale levels of the sample material. The mechanical properties of the material under stress were revealed via the simultaneous observation of the peculiarities of deformation development, using a Vic 3D laser scanning unit.

A detailed analysis of influence of HTRA (serine peptidase) and VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) genes mutations is presented. The presence of one gene copy with allele of A- polymorphism rs1120638 of HTRA1 gen, T- polymorphism rs10490924 and de11443in54 of ARMS2 gene increases the risk of CNV in patients with AMD. The feature of clinical presentation in patients with CNV associated with (-625) A mutation of promoter region of HTRA1 gene in two chromosomes was fulminant course of the disease from exudative to scarring processes with fibrous tissue formation not just with sub-, but also intra- and preretinal localization.

Quantitative and qualitative changes in circulating extracellular DNA (ec-DNA) of blood plasma are considered as markers for diagnosis and prognostic of tumor pathology. We investigated the content of mutant copies of the circulating extracellular mitochondrial DNA (ec-mtDNA) in blood plasma (using the enzymatic method, based on the cleavage of DNA with unpaired bases by CEL-I endonuclease) in 8 patients with lung cancer before and after radiotherapy, as well as in healthy young and elderly donors. It was found that in the plasma of healthy elderly donors share of ec-mtDNA with mutations (consisting of total circulating DNA) is much greater, than that of young donors.
