The study was aimed to research levels of main acute inflammation phase peptides, coagulative and fibrinolitic plasma activity on the background of traditional treatment and with addition of Timalin in patients with acute lung abscess. The study demonstrated that induction of bioregulative therapy leads to faster normalization of main indicators of SIRS and plasma fibrinolitic activity and eliminates hypercoagulation.

It was shown that higher content was noted in the group of patients with a complicated course. The use of traditional methods resulted in the decreased level of HSP-70 but in the group of patients with a complicated course the concentrations of shaperons remains elevated.

Material And Methods: The examination of 59 male patients with pneumonia aged 18-21 years included calculation of total leucocyte count, lymphocyte subpopulations, relative and absolute count of lymphocytic-thrombocytic aggregates (LTA), measurement of IgA, IgM, IgG concentrations.
Results: Pneumonia patients have high count of leukocytes and low count of total and relative count of lymphocytes, low number of main lymphocytic subpopulations (CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD22+).
