Important questions persist regarding immunological response to third vaccines, particularly with respect to newer virus variants.
Objective: Evaluate humoral and cellular immune responses to third COVID-19 vaccine dose in people on anti-CD20 therapy and sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor (S1PR) modulators, including Omicron-specific assays.
Objective: To investigate how the diagnosis of cancer during pregnancy occurred and assess its repercussions on the family experience of maternity.
Method: Qualitative research, based on Symbolic Interactionism and conducted according to the Grounded Theory method. Twelve women diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy and 19 of their family members participated in the study.
Background: While many patients with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-mediated disease (MOG-AD) will have a monophasic course, 30-80% of patients will relapse after the initial attack. It is not known which factors predict relapse. Here we describe our clinical experience with MOG-AD and evaluate for factors that correlate with relapsing disease.
