The goal of the research was to elaborate a model for prognosticating the probability of the development of long-term coronogenic complications after the arterial switch operation. A single-center retrospective cohort study of the outcomes of treating 248 patients with TGA has been conducted. All the patients underwent an AS operation at the clinic of Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery.
