[The Development of General Practitioner Practice in the Russian Federation].

The purpose of study. To analyze problems and perspectives of development of primary medical sanitary care according the principle of general practitioner practices in the Russian Federation. The article presents historical aspects of main stages of development of service of general practices in our country.

[Effect of a weak variable super-low frequency magnetic field on the infradian rhythms of physiological systems, controlled by epiphysis].

Rhythmical infradian oscillations of the activity of the sympatho-adrenal system, behavioural parameters, body mass and temperature, urination, and non-specific resistance were revealed in rats. It was found that the variable magnetic field with a frequency of 8 Hz and induction of 5 microT changed the infradian rhythms of the physiological parameters: i.e.

[Effect of weak alternating magnetic fields on infradian rhythms of rat blood leukocyte functional activity].

It was demonstrated that variable magnetic field with 8 Hz frequency and 5 microT induction in daily 3 hours exposure during 40 days changes infradian rhythmicity of functional state parameters of lymphocytes (succinic- and glycerophosphate dehydrogenases activity) and neutrophiles (peroxidase activity) in the blood of the rats. These changes consist in integral rhythms reconstructions, amplitude and phase shifts.
