Adaptation of Caregivers of Individuals on Mechanical Ventilation to Caregiving Role.

Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the adaptation of caregivers of individuals on mechanical ventilation (MV) at home to their caregiver role.

Study Design: The phenomenological research method, one of the qualitative research methods, was employed in the study.

Materials And Methods: The sample consisted of 21 individuals who agreed to participate in the research.

Correlation Between the Severity of Coronary Artery Ectasia and Monocyte/Lymphocyte, Platelet/Lymphocyte, and HDL/LDL Ratios.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the monocyte/lymphocyte, platelet/lymphocyte, and HDL/LDL ratios as markers of the severity of coronary artery ectasia(CE).

Study Design: Cross-sectional study.

Place And Duration Of Study: Department of Cardiology, Izmir Katip Celebi University and Balikesir University, Turkey, from January 2017 to October 2018.

Case report: sacral parasitic twins.

Introduction: Sacral parasitic twins originate from one fertilized ovum and they have one placenta and the same sex.

Case Report: A 23-year-old woman was referred to our clinic. Examination by touch revealed a mass that was in the sacral region but the borders could not be fully examined.
