Objective: Limberg flap, is a rotational rhomboid flap. A procedure done for people who have either complex or recurrent pilonidal disease. This study has been performed to determine effects of the Limberg flap for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, regarding the wound infection rate, seroma formation, postoperative pain relief, recurrence rates, return to work, its cosmetic final result and patients' satisfaction.

Material And Methods: Two hundred and eighteen lumbar MRIs from the Picture Archiving and Communication System were reviewed. These were collected from three main governmental hospitals, in North, Central, and South of Jordan.

Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted at Mutah University, Al-Karak governorate in southern Jordan, from January to April, 2019, and comprised students recruited from different faculties. Data was collected using a structured, validated questionnaire.
