To this day, limiting the amount of sampling of donor tissue and organs, tissue rejection issues and numerous possible complications remain unresolved problems and are an actual problem of practical urology. This provision indicates the existence of a need to find alternative methods for solving this problem. The aim of the study was to study and compare the morphometric values of various types of implants with the tissue of the kidneys of rats in the early periods.

[The characteristics of gentamycin distribution when administered endolymphatically in an experiment].

Gentamicin distribution in some tissues of the abdominal cavity one hour after the intralymphovasal and intranodular administration to 32 rabbits was studied. The experiments were performed under conditions of the blocking and external drainage of the thoracic lymphatic duct. It was found that the optimal bacteriostatic concentrations were reached at both intralymphovasal and intranodular administration.

[Clinical variants of disorders in mesenteric lymph outflow].

The authors distinguish 4 variants of disturbances of the mesenterial lymph outflow (DMLO). Six patients with DMLO observed in the clinic had obstruction of the thoracic duct of different genesis as the cause of DMLO. Lymphovenostomy was successfully used for treatment of chyluria and lymphorrhea and should be considered a pathogenetic method for treatment of DMLO.
