The occurrence of a nuchal arm during vaginal breech delivery is a potentially traumatic event associated with high perinatal morbidity and mortality. This problem usually cannot be anticipated and must be overcome immediately on diagnosis during the second stage of labor. The results of a retrospective analysis of radiologic studies of 115 cases of term singleton breech deliveries are presented here.

Twenty children with bronchiectasis underwent pulmonary resections during an 8-year period. All patients suffered from significant symptoms that did not respond to medical treatment and had localised disease. In 7 patients bronchiectasis developed following foreign body aspiration and in two the aetiology was cystic fibrosis and immune deficiency, respectively.

Intravasation of contrast medium was found in 28 women out of 450 women (6.25%) who underwent hysterosalpingography (HSG). Ten of these women had an otherwise normal uterine cavity and patent tubes.
