On selection of external bleeding models for preclinical evaluation of the effectiveness of local haemostatic agents (literature review). To temporarily stop of external bleeding traditionally use a pressure bandage or tourniquet, but not for all types of wounds it is possible and appropriate to apply these dressings. In recent times there has been significant progress in the development and improvement of local haemostatic agents used for the first aid.

The authors gave information concerning practical implementation of the achievements of biomedical research in the field of regenerative cellular products and technologies in Russia as different products, which may be used at the stages of medical evacuation. The authors presented results of research, which was, performed on the model of mine blast injury in accordance with principle possibility of the usage of cellular technologies products (multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells) in medical practice.

Administration of cycloferon in recommended regimen promotes clinical recovery and prevents recurrences. High clinical efficacy of cycloferon results from immunotropic activity of the drug which normalizes immune response and leads to elimination of the pathogen 3-6 months after the end of the treatment.

It is found that, in patients with clinical effect of treatment (decrease in the frequency of relapses) the level of cytokines of nonspecific immune response (alpha-interferon, beta-interferon, tumor necrosis factor-alpha) and Th1 profile gamma-interferon, interleukin-2) increased and the concentrations of interleukin-10 decreased 1.5-3 months after beginning of drug administration.

These changes are combined with structural modification and changes in metabolism of erythrocytic membrane. The signs of structural modification of erythrocytic membrane in rats exposed to acute effect of carbon mono-oxide in a mean lethal concentration stay long remaining during elimination of carboxyhemoglobinemia (up to 14-21 days).
