Fungi are widespread organisms with complex multienzyme systems crucial for diverse biochemical processes. This study systematically reviewed research on multienzyme complexes, focusing on their isolation and identification, while examining their potential classification as metabolons. Using a theoretical framework based on PRISMA guidelines, the review analysed literature from 2013 to 2023 across databases such as Medline, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect, employing targeted descriptors to identify relevant studies.

While the clinical significance of chest radiograph findings over time has been described in the general ARDS population, it has not been evaluated specifically in VV ECMO patients. This subpopulation suffers the most severe disease as well as the confounding effects of ECMO support.

Background: Acetaminophen also name paracetamol is apopular antipyretic and analgesic drug, in alarge doses produces a cute kidney injury either in human and animals. The aim of this study to assess the effect of celastrol in reducing acetaminophen-induced nephrotoxicity and to elucidate its underlying mechanisms.
Methods: Rats were divided into four groups: control, celastrol-treated, acetaminophen-exposed, and a group receiving both acetaminophen and celastrol.
This case of an 11-month-old female who developed severe neutropenia following COVID-19 infection underscores the need for heightened vigilance and monitoring of hematological parameters in infants post-COVID-19. The exact mechanism of COVID-19-induced neutropenia is not fully understood, but it may involve cytokine-induced suppression of hematopoiesis and bone marrow repression due to the inflammatory response. Given the potential for serious clinical implications, including increased susceptibility to infections, it is crucial to effectively identify and manage neutropenia in this vulnerable population.
