[The use of efferent approach of detoxication and immunologic correction in the combined treatment of acute sepsis].

In 90 patients with an acute sepsis application of cryopreserved hepatocytes and splenic sections had promoted detoxication and immunocorrection, improved the rehabilitational indexes significantly.

[Extracorporeal circulation of cryopreserved xeno-hepatocytes in patients with toxic peritonitis].

The mechanism of the development of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication at the early postoperative period in patients with toxic phase of peritonitis is considered. A method for detoxication-extracorporeal hemoperfusion through cryoconservated xenohepatocytes, which permits to reduce the severity of endogenous intoxication and to activize the natural detoxicative systems of the organism is suggested.

[Motor-evacuatory function of the duodenum in the early period after selective proximal vagotomy].

The authors show that isolated selective proximal vagotomy (SPV) causes no significant changes in duodenal motor activity, whereas patients treated by SPV with gastroduodenostomy after Jaboulay suffer from disorders of duodenal motor function which are manifested by reduced depth and frequency of contractions of the intestinal wall.

[Duodenogastric reflux in peptic ulcer patients following surgical treatment using vagotomy].

An analysis of 917 fiber gastroscopies of patients with ulcer disease and chronic gastritis has been made. Results of the complex examination of 140 patients after vagotomy for pyloroduodenal ulcer have been discussed. Gastroduodenal reflux has been found to be a complication of vagotomy.
