[Anti-platelet therapy in patients with acute coronary syndromes].

The basis for different manifestations of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) is a common anatomical substrate represented as dysfunction of endothelium, chronic inflammation and impairment of the surface of atherosclerotic plaque, slowdown of blood flow and forming of intravascular thrombus (atherothrombosis). Close interrelation between the processes of atherogenesis and thromb formation makes reasonable application of long-term anti-thrombotic therapy aimed at secondary prevention of cardio-vascular complications. The leading role in prevention of atherosclerosis is given to anti-platelet drugs that inhibit the function of platelets.

[Dynamics of echocardiographic changes and the tactic of optimal therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation with chronical heart failure].

The aim of the article was to assess the efficacy of treatment of atrial fibrillation (AE) and congestive heart failure (CHF) with Enalapril in combination with Cordaron. For this reason 62 patients from 37 to 70 years old (mean age 54, 6 +/- 6,1) with CHF (class II-III NYHA) and persistent AF underwent the medical treatment. The suggested scheme of treatment improved HF functional class by NYHA, raised anti reactive effectiveness and favorably influenced on the diastolic function of the LV in this type of patients.

[Influence of non-modified risk factors on coronary risk].

The aim of our research was the estimation and comparison of coronary risk during different influence of non-modified risk factors, such as gender, age and genetic predisposition. In the investigation 100 practically healthy individuals were included, 50 females and 50 males of the age 40-49 years. They were divided into two groups: I group (28 females and 35 males) with genetically aggravated anamnesis and II group (21 females and 16 males) without aggravated genetic factors.
