2 × 2 MIMO dual-wideband ground radiation antenna with a T-shaped isolator for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 applications.

In this paper, a miniaturized 2 × 2 MIMO dual-wideband ground radiation antenna targeting Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 standards using 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands with sufficient antenna performance was designed. The proposed antenna system contains four identical 4 mm × 6 mm antennas of the internal loop type and two identical 6 mm × 6 mm isolators containing lumped LC elements.

[The effect of the cost exemption policy for hospitalized children under 6 years old on the medical utilization in Korea].

Objectives: The Korean government in January 2006 instigated an exemption policy for hospitalized children under the age of six years old. This study examines how this policy affected the utilization of medical care in Korea.

Methods: A total of 1,513,797 claim records from the Health Insurance Review Agency were analyzed by complete enumeration methods.

Development of parafoveal exudates and serous retinal detachment in a pregnant woman with tuberous sclerosis.

The authors describe an unusual case of a serous detachment of the fovea and decreased vision with parafoveal exudates with subsequent spontaneous resolution and return of central vision in a pregnant patient with tuberous sclerosis. To our knowledge, this is the first report of an ocular change during gestation in a patient with tuberous sclerosis.
