Leadership practices of physical education teachers and student-related outcomes: a systematic mixed method review and analysis.

Introduction: This study systematically reviewed and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative studies that focused on the relationship between physical education (PE) teachers' leadership and student outcomes using data mining and meta-analysis.

Methods: Using the Scopus, PsycINFO, PubMed, and SPORTDiscus databases, text data from the included 150 relevant articles were examined through a text data mining approach. Quantitative and mixed-method studies were then further evaluated, yielding 49 articles eligible for inclusion in the meta-analysis.

Systematic review and meta-analysis of Chinese coach leadership and athlete satisfaction and cohesion.

Introduction: This meta-analysis investigates the relationship between coach leadership behaviors and athlete satisfaction and group cohesion within the realm of Chinese sports. The study also explores player sex and player classification as potential moderating variables. The primary focus is on evaluating the impact of coaching behaviors, as measured by the Leadership Scale for Sports, on athlete satisfaction and group cohesion.

Transformational leadership of physical education instructors and university students' satisfaction with online classes.

This study examined the relationship between the transformational leadership of PE instructors and students' satisfaction in an online PE class. In particular, it aimed to investigate whether the PE instructors' transformational leadership behaviors could predict students' satisfaction toward the class, their PE teacher, and their health and fitness. Furthermore, this study explored these relationships in male and female students.

Introduction: Investigation on the association between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and primary reflexes is in the initial stage, with considerable differences in the findings. Transformational Leadership and Psychological Well-Being of Service-Oriented Staff: Hybrid Data Synthesis Technique.

Leaders play a significant role in organizations and their leadership behaviors can either enhance or undermine the well-being of their employees. This study aimed to meta-analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and well-being in the service industry, and how employees' gender and service sector moderated the strength of this relationship. This study used a convergent mixed-method approach.

This study meta-analyzed the relationships between coach transformational leadership and player satisfaction and commitment. We also examined the potential moderating effect of player gender on these relationships. In total, 182 effect sizes were obtained from 26 studies comprised of 6,715 participants.

This study aimed to meta-analyze the relationship between self-management and exercise self-confidence, satisfaction, and commitment in both modern and traditional martial arts among Korean practitioners. We examined the level of sports participation and different martial arts sports as potential moderating variables. In total, 22 studies yielded 299 individual effect sizes and were included in the final meta-analytic pool.

Association of periodontitis with oral malodor in Korean adults.

This study aimed to evaluate the association of periodontitis with the organoleptic score (OLS)-defined oral malodor after validating OLS with odoriferous sulfur compounds in mouth air among Korean adults. A total of 330 adults aged 47-86 years were recruited from the Yangpyeong health cohort, South Korea, in 2015. Oral malodor was assessed using a 6-point OLS by a trained dentist and validated with the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (HS) and methyl mercaptan (MM) using a gas chromatographer.

Diagnostic ability of salivary matrix metalloproteinase-9 lateral flow test point-of-care test for periodontitis.

Aim: This cross-sectional study aimed to examine the diagnostic ability of salivary matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 lateral flow test (LFT) point-of-care (POC) kit and develop an algorithm for diagnosis of periodontitis.

Graphene-based nanomaterials (GBNs) have many applications as biomedical materials in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. We report on the preparation of starch-(functionalized) reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (SRGO) using soluble starch as a reducing agent in a hydrothermal method, and their in vitro interactions with human skin fibroblasts and red blood cells (RBCs). Our results indicate that soluble SRGO nanosheets were prepared using graphene oxide (GO) as a raw material.

Associations of Anti-Aquaporin 5 Autoantibodies with Serologic and Histopathological Features of Sjögren's Syndrome.

Biomarkers to stratify the complex and heterogeneous phenotypes of Sjogren's syndrome (SS) are needed. We aimed to validate the prevalence of anti-aquaporin 5 (AQP5) IgG in a non-Korean cohort and to optimize the method to screen the anti-AQP5 IgG. The study cohort included 111 primary SS and 43 non-SS Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) controls that were obtained from the Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance registry, in addition to 35 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 35 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) phenotypes.

Periodontitis and intake of thiamine, riboflavin and niacin among Korean adults.

However, few studies have been reported on the association of thiamine (vit B ), riboflavin (vit B ) and niacin (vit B ) with periodontal health.
