Purpose: To report a case of coinfection of the human cornea by Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and yeast.
Methods: A 59-year-old woman presented with a corneal ulcer. The corneal lesion worsened suddenly after initial improvement with empirical antibiotic treatment.
