Background: An assessment of needs to develop a system that provides consultations using a telepresence robot and education for health professionals was conducted. The absence of a structured methodology for user-needs analysis has been identified as a problem.
Objective: To use a telepresence robot for medical consultation in future usability testing, the robot has been developed by analyzing end-user needs in a multifaceted manner.
Background: A decline in cognition may limit patients' ability to effectively engage in self-care in those with heart failure (HF). However, several studies have shown no difference in self-care between HF patients with and without cognitive impairment. This may indicate that there are more salient factors associated with self-care in HF patients with cognitive impairment compared with those without cognitive impairment.

Methods: Twitter data related to health technology, from January 2010 to October 2016, were collected. An ontology related to health technology was developed.
Objectives: This study aimed to derive specific user requirements and barriers in a real medical environment to define the essential elements and functions of two types of point-of-care (POC) robot: a telepresence robot as a tool for teleconsultation, and a bedside robot to provide emotional care for patients.
Methods: An analysis of user requirements was conducted; user needs were gathered and identified, and detailed, realistic scenarios were created. The prototype robots were demonstrated in physical environments for envisioning and evaluation.

However, there is insufficient evidence regarding the advantage of applying mobile devices to clinical practicum.
Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effect of an experiment that introduced a mobile AEMR application for undergraduate nursing students in their practicum.

The purpose of study was to evaluate satisfaction with and usability of mobile academic electronic medical records (AEMR) for undergraduate nursing students' clinical practicum. After an AEMR application on mobile devices was applied to the experimental group while a PC-based EMR system was used for the control group as usual in the fall semester, 2014. Two items of practicum satisfaction such as preparation of lab test and understanding of the results, and nursing intervention and documentation were significantly higher in the experiment group.
