Background: White-rot fungi and bacteria communities are unique ecosystems with different types of symbiotic interactions occurring during wood decomposition, such as cooperation, mutualism, nutritional competition, and antagonism. The role of chitin-active lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases (LPMOs) in these symbiotic interactions is the subject of this study.
Method: In this study, bioinformatics tools were used to analyze the sequence and structure of putative LPMOs mined by hidden Markov model (HMM) profiles from the bacterial metagenomic DNA database of collected humus samples around white-rot fungi in Cuc Phuong primary forest, Vietnam.

The current limitation of ancient DNA data from Vietnam led to the controversy surrounding the prehistory of people in this region. The combination of high heat and humidity damaged ancient bones that challenged the study of human evolution, especially when using DNA as study materials. So far, only 4 k years of history have been recorded despite the 65 k years of history of anatomically modern human occupations in Vietnam.

In this study, we genotyped 23 autosomal short tandem repeat (STR) markers in 397 unrelated samples from the Ede population and recorded the first data of allele frequencies and forensic parameters for the Ede. Data analysis revealed high values of the combined discrimination power (0.

Allele frequencies and forensic parameters were calculated, showing the combined Powers of Discrimination reaching 1.000000000000000000000000000000 and the combined Power of Exclusion greater than 0.

Allele frequencies and forensic parameters were calculated, showing high values for the combined powers of discrimination and exclusion. Phylogenetic analysis was performed to determine the genetic relationship of the Kinh population with other Asian populations.
