This research provides insights into childbirth as a sensitive experience, from the perspective of its user, "woman in labour," as well as from the perspective of the event itself, "the childbirth," and the birth space, with its spatial and ambiantal configurations. By adopting an in-situ approach, we conducted a spatial and ambiantal characterization of two childbirth different contexts; Tunis and Grenoble. Along this work, we used various methods such as ethnographic observation and semistructured interviews with mothers and midwives, when following visits to the birth spaces in Grenoble.

From a fundamental perspective, studies of novel mixed-valent complexes containing ferrocenyl units are motivated by the prospect of improving and extending electron transfer models and theories. Here, the series of triferrocenylpnictogens FcE was extended to the heavier analogues (E = As, Sb, and Bi), and the influence of the bridging atom was investigated with FcP as a reference. Electrochemical studies elucidate the effect of electrostatic contribution on the large redox splitting (Δ ) exhibited by the compounds and solvent stabilization in the case of FcAs.

Introduction: Krukenberg tumors account for 9 % of metastatic ovarian tumors, they usually originate from the stomach and colon and are microscopically characterized by the presence of mucus-filled signet-ring cells. Krukenberg tumor originating from the gastroesophageal junction is extremely rare, which limits establishing proper diagnosis and management.

Presentation Of Case: A 34-year-old women presented with a complaint of amenorrhea, ultrasonography showed bilateral ovarian masses, pathological studies revealed Krukenberg tumor, immunohistochemistry of the tumor was positive for (CK1, and CK20).

Gastric cancer is associated with the phenotypic and functional exhaustion of TCD8 cells. On the other hand, Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonists are known to reinforce immune responses when used as adjuvants in cancer immunotherapies. Since the compromised signaling of pro-inflammatory pathways is usually associated with T cell exhaustion, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the impact of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (poly (I:C))-mediated TLR3 activation in restoring the normal phenotype and function of tumor-infiltrating TCD8 cells.
