Genes, are the functional units of heredity that used as an instructors to make proteins either to become the functional or structural part of the cell. Hence, the proteins get more attention because most of the life functions depends on it. Any mutation or alteration in genome sequences results in complete loss of function or formation of abnormal protein which leads to hereditary disorder.

Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae are the causative agents of avian mycoplasmosis in commercial poultry. Among the available tools, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and culture are confirmatory tools for the diagnosis of mycoplasmosis after the initial serological screening of suspected birds. Overall, 181 samples were analyzed, 152 (84%) and 103 (57%) of which were found positive by PCR and culture, respectively.

Methods: An initial search of the SCOPUS database using an appropriate set of keywords yielded 290 studies, and 59 potential studies were selected after all the records were screened using the eligibility criteria.
Climate change and variability are major threats to crop productivity. Crop models are being used worldwide for decision support system for crop management under changing climatic scenarios. Two-year field experiments were conducted at the Water Management Research Center (WMRC), University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan, to evaluate the application of CERES-Maize model for climate variability assessment under semi-arid environment.

Prior studies have explored the utility of 3D printed models for surgical planning in various settings.

Balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO) is a commonly used method to sclerose gastric varices and has a high clinical success. Common complications following BRTO include portal or splenic vein thrombosis, systemic sclerosant extravasation, pulmonary emboli, and inferior vena cava thrombosis.

Materials And Methods: Available publication data from the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology was collected via Scopus from November 1990 to November 2017. Quantity, manuscript type, geographic distribution, number of citations, and publication content were analyzed.
The dissipation characteristics of pyrene and ecological contribution of submerged macrophytes (Vallisneria natans, Hydrilla verticillata and artificial plant) and their biofilms-leaves in constructed wetland system were investigated by high-throughput sequencing. Results showed a non-negligible ecological contribution of submerged macrophytes and their biofilms-leaves in dissipating pyrene in planted sediments (33.25-43.

The four species belonging to the genus Garra namely, Garra gotyla (Gray, 1830), Garra gravelyi (Annandale, 1919), Garra stenorhynchus (Jerdon, 1849), and Garra nasuta (McClelland, 1838) were collected from the same torrential habitat. These fish revealed anatomical peculiarities in their barbels, lips, and adhesive discs which are believed to help them in adapting to such habitats.

Gastroparesis being multifocal abnormality is characterized by objective feeling of prolong time of gastric retention without any evidence of anatomical blockage. The key symptoms include early satiety, feeling of fullness after meals, nausea, vomiting, bloating, and upper abdominal pain. Radio isotopic Gastric emptying study using radiolabelled test food is integrated clinically for evaluation of functional gastric motility disorders.

Case Presentation: A 41-year-old Asian woman was brought to our ENT (ear-nose-throat) clinic because of slowly progressive swelling of the left subclavicular region since 10 years before, which became painful with time, associated with increasing subpectoral and shoulder pains, left arm swelling, and left forearm paresthesias.
Discussion: The exact etiology of fibrolipomas remains disputed, and endocrine, dysmetabolic, genetic, and traumatic factors have been often considered.
The distribution and biosynthesis of boswellic acids (BAs) is scarce in current literature. Present study aims to elucidate the BAs biosynthetic and its diversity in the resins of Boswellia sacra and Boswellia papyrifera. Results revealed the isolation of new (3β, 11β-dihydroxy BA) and recently known (as new source, β-boswellic aldehyde) precursors from B.

This report aims to review the protocol for SASI and demonstrate its utility in localizing functional and nonfunctional gastrinomas. Even if a patient has a pancreatic mass and a laboratory profile fitting a specific endocrine syndrome, these may or may not be associated as has been previously demonstrated with adrenal vein sampling.

Introduction: Many health benefits are claimed by individuals and facilities promoting sauna bathing; however the medical evidence to support these claims is not well established. This paper aims to systematically review recent research on the effects of repeated dry sauna interventions on human health.
Methods: A systematic search was made of medical databases for studies reporting on the health effects of regular dry sauna bathing on humans from 2000 onwards.
