Results: The search revealed 581 adverse events (including 20 sharps injuries) associated with device malfunction in 8 of 16 brands, with one brand mentioned significantly more frequently than others.
We report for the first time the antiviral activities of two (antiviral imino--nucleosides) and , structurally related to galidesivir (Immucillin A, BCX4430). An containing the 4-aminopyrrolo[2,1-][1,2,4-triazine] nucleobase found in remdesivir exhibited submicromolar inhibition of multiple strains of influenza A and B viruses, as well as members of the order. Enterovirus A71 can cause serious neurological disease in young children. Animal models for EV-A71 are needed to evaluate potential antiviral therapies. Existing models have limitations, including lack of lethality or crucial disease signs.
