Purpose: Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is an uncommon chronic inflammatory condition of unknown etiology. Orbital and adnexal involvement findings are variable and often nonspecific.

Methods And Result: We report six patients with angiolymphoid hyperplasia of the orbit, their clinical and histopathological characteristics, and a review of previously published literature with this diagnosis between 1980 and 2021.

Trends in antibiotic resistance in ocular samples in a tertiary eye centre in Saudi Arabia in 2003-2019.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the antibiotic resistance in ocular samples over a 16-year period.

Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study conducted at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (2003-2019). The study included corneal and conjunctival swabs and aqueous and vitreous samples.

Recurrent Oncocytoma of the Lacrimal Sac.

Oncocytoma of the lacrimal sac is an extremely rare tumor. In this report, we present the case of an 82-year-old woman who presented with swelling in the region of the lacrimal sac. Systemic examination and ophthalmic examination of both eyes were unremarkable.

Surgical outcomes of the Aurolab aqueous drainage implant (AADI) versus the Ahmed glaucoma valve for refractory paediatric glaucoma in Middle Eastern children.

Purpose: We studied the validity, usefulness, and relative cost to detect diabetic retinopathy (DR) and sight-threatening DR (STDR) by using a hand-held electrophysiologic tool compared to digital fundus photography.

Method: Patients with diabetes attending the screening unit of King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia were evaluated by "RET", Amsler grid, and digital dilated fundus photography. Fundus images were evaluated by a retina specialist to determine grade of DR.

Endophthalmitis in Boston Keratoprosthesis in a Patient with Steven-Johnson Syndrome.

A 25-year-old Syrian male with a previous episode of Stevens-Johnson syndrome with bilateral corneal cicatrization previously underwent surgery for Type 1 Boston Keratoprosthesis (K-Pro). Sixteen months after the K-Pro surgery, the patient presented with decreased vision to hand motion and microbial keratitis of the graft around the K-Pro with purulent discharge.
