Claudin-6 (CLDN6) has been extensively studied in different tumors to date. However, in the case of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC), CLDN6 has a largely unknown role and molecular mechanism. We detected the expression of CLDN6 in NSCLC tissues and cells using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and western blot assays.
