Objective: To systematically assess the effectiveness and safety of magnetic stimulation (MS) for treating chronic prostatitis (CP) and chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) through a meta-analysis.

Methods: A comprehensive search of databases including PubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMbase, VIP, Web of Science, WanFang, China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc), and China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) databases was conducted to retrieve randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on MS interventions for CPPS from inception to the present. The search employed keywords such as "MS", "CPPS", and "prostatitis".

It has been discovered that Trichorhinophalangeal Syndrome-1 (TRPS1), a novel member of the GATA transcription factor family, participates in both normal physiological processes and the development of numerous diseases. Recently, TRPS1 has been identified as a new biomarker to aid in cancer diagnosis and is very common in breast cancer (BC), especially in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). In this review, we discussed the structure and function of TRPS1 in various normal cells, focused on its role in tumorigenesis and tumor development, and summarize the research status of TRPS1 in the occurrence and development of BC.

The hydrogenation of biomass-derived furan compounds provides a sustainable pathway for the production of various valuable chemicals; product selectivity among multiple reaction pathways of furan compound hydrogenation is crucially dependent on catalytic sites; however controlling reaction pathways remains challenging due to the lack of identification and understanding of active sites. In this work we reveal the role of base sites in furfural selective hydrogenation through deliberately designed and synthesized reversed catalysts, basic metal oxides and hydroxide on Cu. It is demonstrated that base species greatly enhanced the selectivity of 1, 2-pentanediol (1, 2-PeD) from furfural, presenting a nearly fourfold increase of 1, 2-PeD: methyl furan ratio over the Cu based reverse catalysts.

Time-based inter-role conflict is a type of conflict in which individuals are faced with simultaneous role pressures from different role domains. Some researchers have applied a decision-making perspective to investigate inter-role conflict; however, the neural basis of inter-role decision-making has rarely been discussed.
