Background: Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare, highly invasive malignant neoplasm. There is no universally accepted standard of care because of its rarity and the dearth of prospective research. It is still challenging for some patients to achieve persistent clinical remission or cure, despite the success of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), indicating that there is still a significant recurrence rate.

Introduction: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are important biological molecules associated with the pathogenesis of multiple cancers.
Objective: This work aimed to investigate the function and molecular mechanism of circ_0070203 in high-grade serous ovarian cystadenocarcinoma (HGSOC).
Methods: circRNA microarray was conducted to detect the circ_0070203 expression in HGSOC tissues.
An asymmetric hydrosilylation of α-oxygenated ketones was developed under the catalysis of Co(OAc) in combination with a chiral phosphine-amido-oxazoline (PAO) ligand, providing a mild, efficient, and enantioselective access to a variety of synthetically useful 1,2-diol derivatives. This protocol can be carried out at the gram scale with a catalyst loading of 1 mol %, and its synthetic utility was demonstrated by efficient conversion of the optically enriched products into chiral α-hydroxy acid, 1,3-dioxolan-2-one, ethylene oxide, and 1,2,3-1-triazole.

However, information on pregnant women with cSLE and its association with pregnancy outcomes is limited. This study aimed to compare pregnancies in patients with cSLE vs.

Cyclosporin A (CsA) is an effective immunosuppressant that has been reported to stimulate autophagy and exert benign biological effects on EVTs. Therefore, we hypothesized that CsA may display therapeutic efficacy against PE by activating autophagy.
