Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases with no effective treatment due to its complex pathogenesis. A novel cell death, disulfidptosis, has been extensively studied in the cancer field but rarely in cardiovascular diseases. This study revealed the potential relationship between disulfidptosis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and put forward a predictive model containing disulfidptosis-associated genes (DRGs) of GYS1, MYH10, PDMIL1, SLC3A2, CAPZB, showing excellent performance by SVM machine learning model.

The clinical manifestations of variability in PLWH with SARS-CoV-2 acquired may be attributed to the use of ART drugs. Omicron breakthrough infection and reinfection in 27 PLWH treated with BIC/FTC/TAF and 51 PLWH treated with TDF/3TC/EFV were investigated, and humoral and cellular immunity after Omicron breakthrough infection were also compared. The results showed that Omicron breakthrough infection symptoms in BIC/FTC/TAF-treated had a shorter duration, and BIC/FTC/TAF could further reduce the duration of symptoms when re-infected.

In this study, we utilized the Olink Cardiovascular III panel to compare the expression levels of 92 cardiovascular-related proteins between patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure (DCM-HF) (n = 20) and healthy normal people (Normal) (n = 18).
