In this paper, covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are prepared by solvothermal synthesis using 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxaldehyde and benzidine as ligands. Then, using COFs as a template, AgCOFs with high catalytic activity is prepared by in situ loading silver nanoparticles (AgNC) on the surface of COFs by sodium borohydride reduction method. AgCOFs are characterized by TEM, SEM, FTIR and XRD.

Methods: SSCs were isolated from the testis tissue of 1-week-old BALB/c male mice by two-step enzyme digestion. DNMT1-siRNA and negative control siRNA (NC-siRNA) were transfected into the third-generation SSCs after isolation and purification, and the untransfected cells were used as the control.
Background: Activating vestibular afferents via galvanic vestibular stimulation (GVS) has been recently shown to have a number of complex motor effects in Parkinson's disease (PD), but the basis of these improvements is unclear. The evaluation of network-level connectivity changes may provide us with greater insights into the mechanisms of GVS efficacy.
Objective: To test the effects of different GVS stimuli on brain subnetwork interactions in both health control (HC) and PD groups using fMRI.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) occurs due to hyperandrogenism, excessive androgen, abnormal growth, steroidogenesis and seems to be associated with abnormal Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level in serum. The treatment is provided on the basis of body symptoms to mute the excess production of hormone. The study assessed the effect of prednisolone treatment on the concentration of VEGF, pregnancy outcomes and variants of VEGF SNPs.
