Silver(I) Coordination Polymers: Photocatalytic Properties and Enhanced Treatment Activity of Haloperidol on Children Tic Disorder by Regulating Neurotransmitter Content.

In this article, the characterization, synthesis, as well as the photocatalysis dye degradation performance of two novel silver(I) coordination polymers, namely, [Ag(L)(Hbdc)] (1, L = 1,4-Bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)butane, Hbdc = 1,4-Benzenedicarboxylic acid) and [Ag(L)(hip)] (2, Hhip = 5-Hydroxyisophthalic acid), were investigated. Fascinatingly, the photocatalytic performance of Complexes 1 and 2 have been investigated, wherein Complex 2 is considered an excellent photocatalyst for degrading Rhodamine B/methyl violet/methylene blue mixed organic dyes. Furthermore, the treatment activities of Complexes 1 and 2 on Tic disorder (TD) were assessed when used with haloperidol, and biochemical studies were conducted to reveal the mechanism in detail.

Therapeutic efficacy of phentolamine in the management of severe hand, foot and mouth disease combined with pulmonary edema.

The aim of this study was to examine the effects of phentolamine on severe hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) combined with pulmonary edema (PE). From May 2008 to December 2012, 53 children with severe HFMD plus PE were enrolled in the treatment group, receiving phentolamine intravenously at a loading dose of 5 µg/kg/min. The control group comprised 52 children with the same disease who did not receive phentolamine infusion.

[The double-ring, single-pedicle reduction plasty for gynecomastia].

Objective: To investigate a new operation of breast reduction for gynecomastia.

Methods: In the past 5 years we treated 42 cases (80 sites) of gynecomastia with the double-ring incision, a supra-lateral derma-mammary pedicle of the nipple and areola and the tumescent technique.

Results: The tumescent anesthesia was effective.
