Previous studies have showed that lycorine can restrain the development of multiple tumor types, containing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. We assessed the impact of lycorine on hepatocellular cancer cell proliferation, migration, colony formation, cell cycle, and apoptosis. Objective: Screening for novel prognostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets from colorectal cancer microenvironment.

Results: 372 genes were overexpressed in colorectal cancer microenvironment, five of which that had the most prognostic powers were enriched in Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition and cell cycle pathways.
