Textile-based stretchable electronic devices are one of the best candidates for future wearable applications, as they can simultaneously provide high compliance and wearing comfort to the human body. Stretchable conductive textile is the fundamental building block for constructing high-performance textile-based stretchable electronic devices. The study aimed to investigate changes of intestinal bacteria in healthy subjects, patients with IBD, and patients with CRC.
Materials: We collected data from the European Nucleotide Archive on healthy people and patients with colorectal cancer with the study accession number PRJEB6070, PRJEB7774, PRJEB27928, PRJEB12449, and PRJEB10878, collected IBD patient data from the Integrated Human Microbiome Project from the Human Microbiome Project Data Portal.

In this study, we analyzed the expression of key genes involved in the Warburg effect in GI cancers and investigated the effect of suppressing the Warburg effect in vitro in liver cancer cell lines.
Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) RNA-Seq data were used to determine gene expression levels, which were analyzed with GraphPad Prism 7.

SEM (scanning electron microscopy), TEM (transmission electron microscopy), XRD (x-ray diffraction), EDS (energy-dispersive spectroscopy) and UV-vis spectra (ultraviolet-visible spectra) were applied to investigate the morphology, structure, composition and optical properties of the hybrid microspheres, and E. coli (Escherichia coli) was used as a model microbe to evaluate their antibacterial ability.

This kind of sorbent is composed of a nonporous core of SiO(2) nanofiber and a mesoporous shell (denoted as nSiO(2)@mSiO(2) ("n" means "nonporous" and "m" means "mesoporous")). The nSiO(2)@mSiO(2) fiber possesses a continuously long fibrous shape and mesoporous micromorphology, thus, showing both high sorption capacity and separability.
