The objective of this study was to investigate apoptosis-inducing activity of ITCs from Broccolini seeds and proteomic changes in SW480 cells, and to identify the molecular pathways responsible for the anticancer action of ITCs. We found that ITCs induces SW480 cells apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner by using MTT assay, phase contrast microscope and flow cytometry, and the IC50 was calculated to be 77.
