Bisepoxylignans have been reported to possess a variety of biological functions, especially in anti-inflammatory aspects. However, the bis-tetrahydrofuran scaffold restricts the type and position of substituents, which further limits the further optimization of their biological activity and druggability. Here, a series of novel derivative s of bisepoxylignans bearing 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine and 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine scaffolds were designed and synthesized by a scaffold hopping strategy.

Introduction: School-age autistic children commonly experience social communication and interaction challenges in their everyday lives. While international evidence suggests that social skills group training (SSGT) programmes can support autistic children, improving their psychosocial functioning, to date there is no standardised evidence-based SSGT tailored towards the needs of autistic children aged 8-12 years living in the Chinese Mainland. Therefore, the primary objective of this study will be to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a culturally adapted 16-session version of the social skills programme KONTAKT in Chinese autistic children.

Cation-doped cubic LiLaZrO is regarded as a promising solid electrolyte for safe and energy-dense solid-state lithium batteries. However, it suffers from the formation of LiCO and high electronic conductivity, which give rise to an unconformable Li/LiLaZrO interface and lithium dendrites. Herein, composite AlF-LiLaZrTaO solid electrolytes were created based on thermal AlF decomposition and F/O displacement reactions under a high-temperature sintering process.

Dipeptides and their derivatives are important functional compounds that can be applied to fields such as medicine and food. As biological macromolecules, the adenylation domains of nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) can recognize and activate various building blocks, such as amino acids, for the biosynthesis of nonribosomal peptides. In this way, the amide bond formation can be achieved through a nucleophilic reaction where the adenylation domain serves as a biocatalyst and is further used to conduct dipeptide synthesis.
