Background: Scientific and technological innovation has become the "key variable" of national social and economic development. Nurses' innovation ability can improve the quality of patient care, thus shorten the hospital stay, reduce the medical costs, and promote the rapid development of the nursing industry. Nowadays nurses have gradually involved in various innovation, but less concerns are focus on the evaluation of nurse's innovation competence.

Methods: A systematic review was conducted across multiple databases by using a combination of subject terms and free words for online search.

The Effect of Telemedicine Interventions on Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcers: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials.

The meta-analysis was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of telemedicine interventions on patients with diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). The authors conducted a comprehensive search across eight databases. The aim was to identify randomized controlled trials examining the effectiveness of telemedicine for patients with DFU.

The effect of telemedicine on stoma-related complications in adults with enterostomy: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

To assess the effect of telemedicine on stoma-related complications in adults with enterostomy, we conducted a meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of the telemedicine group compared to the usual group. Literature searches were performed in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, China Biology Medicine (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang and VIP databases from their inception up to October 2023. Two authors independently screened and extracted data from the included and excluded literature according to predetermined criteria.

Application of direct observation of operational skills in nursing skill evaluation of pressure injury: A randomized clinical trial.

This was a non-blinded, single-centre, randomized, controlled clinical trial that compared the effectiveness of direct observation of procedural skills (DOPSs)with traditional assessment methods in pressure injury (PI) care skills. The study population included 82 nursing professionals randomly assigned to the study group (n = 41) and the control group (n = 41). Both groups of nurses underwent a 6-month training in PI care skills and were subsequently evaluated.

Evaluation of the correlation between sleep quality and work engagement among nurses in Shanghai during the post-epidemic era.

Aim: To examine the status quo and influencing factors of sleep quality and work engagement of nurses participating in COVID-19 during the post-epidemic era and to study the relationship between them.

Design: We conducted a cross-sectional survey and correlational and predictive logic to determine the association between sleep quality and work engagement among nurses in Shanghai during the post-epidemic era.

Methods: This design involved 1060 frontline nurses in Shanghai.

Objective: Effective teamwork can provide safe and effective care in various medical systems. Thus, there is increasing recognition of the value of interprofessional collaborative practice. The Attitudes Toward Interprofessional Health Care Teams Scale (ATIHCTS) has been applied to a wide variety of health professions for evaluating attitudes toward health care teams.

Use of TIME in treating a hard-to-heal localised scleroderma wound.

Objective: Localised scleroderma is a rare disease and the wound is difficult to heal because of tissue fibrosis. We present the case of a patient with localised scleroderma treated using the TIME (tissue, infection or inflammation, moisture and edge of wound) clinical decision support tool (CDST) for wound management. This includes: assessment, bringing, control, decision and evaluation (the ABCDE approach).
