Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the application of unenhanced computed tomography (CT) texture analysis in differentiating pancreatic adenosquamous carcinoma (PASC) from pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
Methods: Preoperative CT images of 112 patients (31 with PASC, 81 with PDAC) were retrospectively reviewed. A total of 396 texture parameters were extracted from AnalysisKit software for further texture analysis.
One-step adsorptive purification of ethylene (CH) from four-component gas mixtures comprising acetylene (CH), ethylene (CH), ethane (CH) and carbon dioxide (CO) is an unmet challenge in the area of commodity purification. Herein, we report that the ultramicroporous sorbent Zn-atz-oba (Hoba = 4,4-dicarboxyl diphenyl ether; Hatz = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole) enables selective adsorption of CH, CH and CO over CH thanks to the binding sites that lie in its undulating pores. Molecular simulations provide insight into the binding sites in Zn-atz-oba that are responsible for coadsorption of CH, CH and CO over CH.

Ordinary grass carp (fed with practical diet) and crisp grass carp (fed with faba bean meal) groups were designed. Lower water holding capacity and higher some texture parameters were observed in the muscle of crisp grass carp compared with another group.

Effects of Microcystis blooms on the crustacean plankton were studied using enclosure experiments during July-September, 2000. Eight enclosures were set in the hypereutrophic Donghu Lake. Different nutrient concentrations through additional nutrient and sediment in enclosures were expected to result in different abundance of Microcystis.
