Phleboliths are calcified thrombi found within a dilated blood vessel. When located in the maxillofacial region, they are commonly associated with hemangiomas or vascular malformations. This article reports an unusual case of a 59-year-old woman presenting with noncalcified phleboliths without evidence of associated vascular anomalies.
