Background: Since patients are essential partners in determining priorities and resource allocation in the healthcare system, considerable efforts have been made to shift the focus of pharmacy profession from drug dispensing to patient-oriented care. Accordingly, the assessment of patient-oriented care has become a prominent method to evaluate the quality of the healthcare services delivered and willingness to pay (WTP) to receive them.
