The Clinical Efficacy of Double Plasma Molecular Absorption System Combined with Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of plasma exchange in treating acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) through meta-analysis.

Method: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang databases were searched using a computer for all relevant Chinese and English literature from 2000 to 2021 in each database. At the same time, a large number of related papers and materials were manually consulted.
