Research on talent cultivation for rural revitalization based on three-party evolutionary game.

The sustainable development of Rural Revitalization Talent Training (RRTT) is a key prerequisite for realizing the rural revitalization strategy. In order to study the influence of various stakeholders on RRTT, explore its optimal development path, and clarify the key control factors, this study analyzes the behavioral decision-making of RRTT stakeholders for the first time, and constructs an evolutionary game model of the government, universities and village collectives. Through dynamic decision replication analysis and evolutionary stability analysis, the game relationship among the three stakeholders is discussed.
