Colon cancer poses a significant threat to global health, and studies have shown a correlation between physical activity (PA) and the incidence of colon cancer. However, existing research has not quantitatively analyzed PA to evaluate its impact on the risk of colon cancer comprehensively. Data related to the study were obtained from the NHANES database for participants aged 20 and above between 2007 and 2018.

Methods: A total of 301 patients (training cohort, n = 210; testing cohort, n = 91) with GC were retrospectively collected. Relevant clinical predictors were determined through the application of univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses.
Currently, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have changed the treatment paradigm for many malignant tumors. As the most common digestive tract malignancy, colorectal cancer (CRC) shows a good response to ICIs only in a small subset of patients with MSI-H/dMMR CRC. In contrast, patients with MSS/pMMR CRC show minimal response to ICIs.

The tumor microenvironment (TME) of HCC comprises immune, immunosuppressive, and interstitial cells with hypoxic, angiogenic, metabolic reprogramming, inflammatory, and immunosuppressive features. Exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles that secrete biologically active signaling molecules such as deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), microribonucleic acid (miRNA), proteins, and lipids.

Background: We aimed to probe carcinogenic genes associated with colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) development.
Methods: The gene expression profile of COAD were downloaded from TCGA. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified; GO and KEGG pathway enrichment were analyzed.
