Background: To systematically evaluate the clinical risk factors of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) complicated with invasive fungal infection (IFI) among patients.

Methods: A meta-analysis was performed of all the literatures germane to estimate the clinical risk factors of patients with SLE complicated with IFI from published clinical trials from 1990 to April 2022. Mean differences, odds ratio and 95% confidence intervals were calculated, and the meta-analysis was conducted with Stata 12.
