Reducing the radiation dose leads to the x-ray computed tomography (CT) images suffering from heavy noise and artifacts, which inevitably interferes with the subsequent clinic diagnostic and analysis. Leading works have explored diffusion models for low-dose CT imaging to avoid the structure degeneration and blurring effects of previous deep denoising models. However, most of them always begin their generative processes with Gaussian noise, which has little or no structure priors of the clean data distribution, thereby leading to long-time inference and unpleasant reconstruction quality.

The phytophagous mirid bugs of as well as three spp., including , and are major pests of multiple agricultural crops in China, which have distinct geographical distribution and occurrence ranges. Like many insect species, these bugs heavily rely on olfactory cues to search preferred host plants, thereby investigation on functional co-evolution and divergence of olfactory genes seems to be necessary and is of great interest.

Wound healing is a complex pathophysiological process that occurs frequently in everyday pathology and remains a challenge during the treatment of trauma. Previously, we prepared silver nanoparticle/chitosan oligosaccharide/poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA/COS-AgNP) nanofibers via an electrospinning technique. These nanofibers promoted the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts (HSFs) and the expression of transforming growth factor TGF-β1 in the early stage of wound repair, although the specific mechanisms remain unclear.

Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev (Hemiptera: Miridae) is an insect pest that causes severe agricultural damage to cotton and many other important crops. In insects, olfaction is very important throughout their lifetime. There are two groups of small soluble proteins, named odorant binding proteins (OBPs) and chemosensory proteins (CSPs), which are suggested to participate in the initial biochemical recognition steps of insect olfactory signal transduction.

Wound healing occupies a remarkable place in everyday pathology and remains a challenging clinical problem. In our previous study, we prepared a silver nanoparticle/chitosan oligosaccharide/poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA/COS-AgNPs) nanofiber via electrospinning and revealed that it could promote wound healing; however, the healing mechanism remained unknown. Therefore, we aimed to clarify the mechanism underlying the accelerated healing effect of the PVA/COS-AgNPs nanofiber.

Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür) (Hemiptera: Miridae) is an agronomically important pest that causes severe economic damage to the cotton, fruit, and vegetable industries. Similar to other insects, A. lucorum can perceive and discriminate olfactory cues.
