Morphology-controlled synthesis of CoMoO nanoarchitectures anchored on carbon cloth for high-efficiency oxygen oxidation reaction.

Novel CoMoO nanoarrays with different morphologies are anchored on a carbon cloth a simple hydrothermal method by adjusting the Co/Mo atom ratio. The growth and tight immobilization of the CoMoO nanocomposite on the carbon cloth can facilitate the electrolyte infiltration and electrons transfer rate at the contact interface. Therefore, the free-standing electrode of CoMoO/carbon cloth with interconnected nanosheets shows superior electrocatalytic activity, and the overpotential of 286 mV is obtained at 15 mA cm in alkaline solution.

A systemic assessment of the association between tumor necrosis factor alpha 308 G/A polymorphism and risk of cervical cancer.

Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) is a multifunctional cytokine which plays an important role in the human immune response against various pathogens, and there may be a relationship between TNF-α 308 G/A polymorphism and cervical cancer risk. We performed a meta-analysis to get a systemic assessment of the association between TNF-α 308 G/A polymorphism and cervical cancer risk. Electronic searches of PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science were performed for all publications on the association between TNF-α 308 G/A polymorphism and cervical cancer risk through October 26, 2012.
